logon failure unknown username bad password

I have installed Vista Beta2 and and shared c drive on another XP machine. Am trying to access this \\XYZmachin\c. When i connect to it, i get prompt for username and password, i enter network admin password. But I get error message.
Logon failure : unknown username or bad password.

Hi SanchinB,
I have the same problem. Vista sees the network drive from my other computer running XP but when I want to access it, it does the same.
I had my plea for help to yours!
